Fond is a construction project management firm focused on design, development, construction and property management. Our strategy is centered on identifying market inefficiencies, recapitalizing or repositioning assets and enhancing property cash flows on behalf of investors. Fond is located in Central Florida. The Fond Organization (dba) was established in 1999, set up in 2000, and opened officially in 2004.
