CheckListing.APP is an APP for Realtors to distribute to their clients so that clients can track the sale of their home from start to finish, and well beyond the sale. Once the APP is distributed to the Realtor's client, the Client can see all of the statistics of their home sale, including how many days the house has been on the market, how many showings they have had, the number of social views of the listing online, etc. The client can read the feedback from showings, the client receives customized checklists and to-do lists from the realtor, the client has direct links to the Realtor's trusted professionals, and the client gets a unique landing page (website) featuring their home that they can share through social media. Not only does the Realtor's client benefits from the APP, but the Realtor has many benefits as well. The Realtor includes their own branding and USPs in the APP, the Realtor gets additional free advertising from each clients landing page, the Realtor's listings get google indexed so that they get more exposure, the Realtor can control everything that the Client can see on the APP, the Realtor can add keep in touch messages and send newsletters, information about their charities or events, the Realtor can automate messages to one or all of their clients at once, AND the Realtor can gain additional income by featuring local trusted professionals in their app and branded landing pages.
