We have launched in Peru and have quickly become the biggest portal in terms of total listings with over 120,000 properties, over 45,000 of them from being from native users. We are enhancing the market information available to the public. Our key indicators such as market value and negotiability factor for each listing has vastly improve the RE shopping experience as it saves home seekers time and money. We have chosen Peru as our starting point, form there we will have an aggressive expansion strategy. Our technology allows us to scale quickly, we can upload a new country in just three weeks. Once our metadata-driven portal has been well established then we will introduce further products and services into our ecosystem, further optimizing our fast growing user base.
