We carry out all marketing on property listings and run highly targeted ads via social media to drive potential property buyers/tenants to listings. Agreed sales are passed to a third party chartered legal conveyor to complete the process. Agreed rentals are finalised directly on our website. We also offer a guaranteed rent scheme for landlords for the first 12 weeks of an individual renting their property. Our company is UK based and runs nationally though we are looking to expand internationally in the near future.
