What we do. We (3D Estate) take 2D image of a flat and turn it into 3D plus create a virtual tour. Automatically. Human interaction happens in preliminary stage, making sure input image is up to a certain standard, and during post production quality control. Virtual tour is available in 5 different styles, with permutations within a style, so that flats would appear non-identical. Additionally we can provide axonometric view of the flat. Who is it for. Primarily for real estate developers, especially on the markets where sales start before the construction is finished (sometimes before hole in the ground is made). Second type of customers - flat offering aggregators, like Polish obido.pl (thousands of flats are presented in 3D, using our technology). In both cases it is supposed to help potential buyers visualise their future „living space”, as people are usually not so good at it when seeing 2D image. Lead time. Usually a couple of days, sometimes up to 2 weeks. Pricing Monthly subscription per construction site (ball park: from ca. 150€/60 flats to 300€/300 flats, excl. VAT), paid as long as the product is needed, no preparation fee of any kind. No investment in IT resources. The product is hosted in the cloud, at our expense. Scale. Virtually no limit. What do we want. Explore international markets, especially the ones where pre-sales exist - flats are offered for sale before they’re finished. What do we need. Someone who would act locally on our behalf: provide information, acquire orders and maintain relationship in local language; support localisation of our product.
